It felt to me, however, even more polished than the PC version. It has the same characters, campaign, etc. Now let’s get one thing straight: the console version of Diablo 3 is still Diablo 3. To my complete shock, however, I came away quite impressed.
I picked up the PS3 version of Diablo 3 expecting to be met with the same feeling of semi-apathy that I currently feel for the PC version of the game. Due to a myriad of factors, however, I haven’t touched the game since a couple months after the PC version released. I’m pretty familiar with the PC version of Diablo 3, having capped out my monk and making it all the way through the second act of Inferno. This past weekend at PAX East 2013, I had a chance to try out the PS3 version of Diablo 3, complete with a reworked interface and new console-specific features.
